Change-over clean:
Our experienced housekeepers offer a hassle-free clean between lets. They will clean to a high standard, check for any damage or problems and can check inventories if required. If any maintenance is needed in this time, we will arrange for it to be done. We are entirely flexible to your needs.
We can also arrange for your windows and gutters to be cleaned.
Laundry:
We can deal with your laundry by arranging for it to be cleaned between lets. We can also provide a mid-booking linen change for your guests.
New holiday lets:
For newly appointed holiday cottages, we can offer a deep clean and help you set up your property so that it is ideal for your guests at the start of letting. If you are new to holiday letting, we can offer you advice from our long experience working with self-catering accommodation in Norfolk.
Property Deep Cleaning:
Your property may require a deep clean at the end of the holiday season or before the letting season starts. We can spring clean or clean following building or renovation work.
Vacant Property Refresh:
Where a property has been left vacant for a period of time, we will visit a property prior to your guests arriving to check all is in order and to refresh where necessary. See our pre-arrival page for more.
